How do I know the hotel will honor my confirmation?

Once the reservation is transferred to you, it is the same thing as if you booked the hotel room yourself.  You can call the hotel and check on your reservation whenever you like.

What is the safest and easiest way to pay?

Paypal is the safer, easier way to pay for the things you love.  We can process your credit card manually over the phone if you prefer, but you can pay with through paypal online (with a credit card) without even having a paypal account.

How is it possible to charge so little for your hotel?

We charge less than any other website for numerous reasons.  Most importantly, we started this website as a service to the community.  We are the one stop shop for cheap Super Bowl Hotels.  Because we have so many rooms booked and have a well thought out and efficient system in place, we are able to remain profitable while still  focusing on economical accommodations,

Will I be able to get a hold of you if my reservations do not work out the day of check in?

This isn't really a frequently asked question, but anyway, www.cheapsuperbowlhotels.com is located in Tampa, FL and will be available for contact at any time.  We hold extra rooms at each hotel so that we can absolutely guarantee our customers have a place to stay, in spite of a Hotel snafu.

Will I be able to make reservations without your knowledge of my credit card information?

Yes, once again, Paypal is the safer, easier way to pay online.  Whether you pay with credit card, or pay with Paypal funds, they handle all of our payments, and we do not see a dime  until Paypal processes the payment, and we NEVER see your credit card info.  When we receive payment, all we see is how much the payment is for, and what reservation transfer you want.  All buyers are protected by Paypal's buyer protection policy.

How soon will my reservations be made after I send payment?

After payment is made, we will send you an email as soon as we see it (usually within a few minutes) requesting your check-in information.  Once you reply back with your desired check in information,  your reservation will be transferred and you will receive confirmation of the transfer within 24 hours.

Are there any other hotels in the Tampa area available during Super Bowl weekend?

Not really.  If you find a normally priced hotel with rooms still available, let us know!  Otherwise, expect to pay at least $300 a night for Best Western-ish accommodations, and do not expect to be anywhere near the stadium.

What is the max number of people that can stay in a room?

Our rates reflect a 2 person max at a 1 bed room, and a 4 person max at a 2 bed room.
